For those working out for the first time, gradual progression of exercise time, frequency and intensity is recommended. You are more likely to stay on track and avoid injury if you start gently.

Miha Body Tec. The Miha Body Tec training system uses the latest generation of EMS technology which maximizes training productivity. 20 minutes of exercise once a week is sufficient to achieve a substantial training effect.

Suspension training such as TRX. It focuses on using your own bodyweight as resistance which helps to burn fat, build strength and improve heart health.

Strength, or resistance training, exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are Lifting Weights with dumb bells, kettle bells or medicine ball and using a Thera / Resistance Band.

Balance/flexibility exercises which stretch your muscles and helps in overall flexibility such as Yoga.
